The MU User Centred Design (UCD) Approach is to help clients understand their users' needs, their mental models, and how they think about and approach issues. The first thing that needs to be done is In-Depth Research (Context, Content and Users). Effectiveness of the design is contingent on the depth of the research conducted in early stages.  The greater the amount of research conducted, greater the possibility of discovering design innovations.
