Involving persons with disabilities in the evaluation process provides a much greater understanding of the accessibility issues of an interactive product, and allows us to implement accessibility solutions which have shown real-world practicality. Testing with the disabled presents with particular challenges, yet it requires a considerable amount of urgency. For the disabled user, there are the Web Accessibility Guidelines to be met. Public sector organizations are generally required to achieve higher grades.

On this basis, MicroUsability has formed a foundation specifically for the disabled. The objective of this foundation is to help facilitate the need to make every interactive product accessible for users with physical limitations, at a global level. Non profit organizations with limited budgets due to revenue would get up to one Accessibility Audit at no cost.
