The Working Relationship

• Objective: MU works side by side and amicably with the Integration Partner to develop products and solutions which fit the client's specifications, offer user experience 'perfection' of their end users, and at the same time the project is completed on time and within the project budget. 
  
  
• Stage of involvement: MU comes in the early stages right from the requirements phase right up to implementation and launch.
  
  
• Project Management / Account Management: The Integration Partner generally manages the Client as project management is part of their core expertise. MU as its subcontractor would handle the outsourced component to ensure the highest level of quality. Read more about Usability Outsourcing.
  
  
• Typical integration engagement: MU handles the User Experience & Usability portions of any IT or Product Development project (read about User Centred Research & Design and Usability Testing). The Integration Partner will take care of all functional requirements, coding, third party software and hardware integration work, maintenance and everything else.
