1st Annual FAQ session organized for all MicroUsability Alumni

MicroUsability conducted its first free FAQ session for all past participants of the MicroUsability Training Workshops.   This event was co-organized with PR Academy of MICA).

The objective of the FAQ session was to answer some of the questions they may have as they start implementing usability in their workplace.

Here are some of the frequently asked questions which we addressed, including additional questions were open to the floor:

  • How to incorporate Usability into your Tender Specifications?
  • How to gather User Requirements effectively?
  • How to translate User Research into user centric designs?
  • How to modify my current design or development process to make it user centric?
  • When and how often should I conduct usability testing?
  • What is the difference between ease of use, user friendliness, intuitiveness and usability?

The Expert Panel who answered the questions comprised of Gul Amir Khan and Yogesh Tadwalkar, Directors of MicroUsability.
