The Ministry of Health's SARS website. We played a part in the prevention of SARS, by working with the Ministry of Health to help alleviate public fears and doubts about SARS and to motivate people to help prevent further spread of SARS. >> MOH Case Study
The Health Promotion Board website. A User Requirements Study of www.hpb.gov.sg was conducted. We completed an exhaustive User Modelling exercise, including the whole suite of emotive, persuasive, motivational, usability and goal-directed methodologies. |

Case Management System . We conducted user experience research, user-centric design and usability testing for the Police Project. This island-ewide Police Intranet System was to be used across all Police Divisions and multiple users groups (estimated to be more than 5000 users). Over 100 user tests were conducted. |
