Research on mobile e-learning application on new mobile products.
The objectives were to identify what kind of mobile e-learning application material would best serve the retail staff in mobile phone shops so as to help them pick up the usage of the phones faster.
It is also to find out acceptance of the concept used in the mobile device.
There will be 2 phases for the research project.
In the first phase, MicroUsability has conducted in-depth interviews for 3 participants in Singapore. Each participant should be trained in using the mobile device and be coming from different shops.
In the second phase, MicroUsability will be conducting in-context interview with test tasks for 7 participants in Singapore. Each participant should be retail staff selling mobile devices in different shops.
