Portal Pilot Testing
The objectives were to identify the usability issues as well as the gaps between the public's expectations and the government's delivery of the portal.
The MicroUsability team conducted online survey with 200 SME companies and supplemented with telephone survey if required. We also conducted 3 separate sets of tests with 30 users across all 3 profiles of users.
The 3 tests include 12 usability test distributed across the 3 profiles, 9 card sorting tests and an interactive frequently asked questions session (iFAQ).
Phase 1: Test objectives, methodology and users profiles.
Phase 2: Test scripts for survey, usability testing and card sorting.
Phase 3: Recruitment and screening survey participants for each profile.
Phase 4: Test Execution
Phase 5: Data Analysis, recommendation and pilot test report.
About three months.
