![]() 22nd Aug 2008: As part of the 2nd phase of improvements, this milestone project is to help the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) maintain its image in the government eServices sector, new and innovative tools must be presented to its customers in order to achieve higher efficiency in customer services and also increase its customer base. For the eServices to adequately communicate to the customers in Singapore and foreigners from other countries, there are several requirements that need to be met. Understanding the "ease-of-use" factor of the eServices among the customers and understanding requirements for a "tailored" solution is key. With this respect, MicroUsability’s role was to firstly gauge the users’ understanding of using the application and successfully completing an assigned task.
