Our office in the Southeast Asian region is located in Singapore. Incorporated in June 1999 as MicroUsability Pte Ltd, this is also the headquarters of the company's global operations.

What is our track record in Southeast Asia?

We have usability project experience, facilities and expertise in Singapore and major cities such as Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta. Practice areas covered in this region include eGovernment , Web and Mobile Usability.

Notable clients in the public sector include the Singapore and Malaysian Governments. A major milestone is the 8 year business relationship with the Singapore Government. We assisted the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore to kickstart the Web Interface Standards and Usability Guidelines for Government e-Services. These standards and guidelines have been adhered by every government agency.

Long term partnerships have been formed with private companies and foreign multinationals. They hire our usability services to continually evaluate and test their interactive products and services in key Southeast Asian markets.
