User Needs Study

This was for the National Electronic Bill Payment Hub project. We gathered consumer's and business' payment needs, expectations and motivations in order to design an intuitive and easy-to-use e-payment hub. We validated the hub's features proposed by the Client. We discovered what would motivate users to switch from their current payments to the e-payment hub.
