A proper and effective Governmental portal and its online presence are vital in today's rapidly growing and evolving information age. Good reliable performance and presence not only builds trust and represents the Government, but can also play a vital role in the daily lives of its citizens, users and business partners evoking a sense of partnership with the country involved.

Over the past 8 years, MicroUsability has been working closely with government bodies, corporate entities and educational institutions not only to provide them with relevant usability services for their products, applications and portals. Our innovative interactive design approach and usability principles involving its users at every step of the process, will ensure to provide the Government tailor-made strategy and recommendations. We can identify, shape and monitor opportunities, services and user performance from planning through successful mapping all the way towards its final implementation and completion.

Since 2003, we have worked very closely with the Government of Singapore to set up and employ web interface and usability standards which has raised their ranking as far as egovernance websites go. Today, our work for the Singapore Government has successfully raised the bar as far as web and product usability standards are concerned. The Singapore Government has moved up to Top Ranking Worldwide overtaking the United States for the 2009 Waseda University International e-Government Ranking.

We believe that we can harness our expertise to provide international Governments with the crystallized essence of this expertise.
