Background

Client wanted to not only construct an efficient tool, but also one that is adequately communicated to its subscribers. And, in order to ensure adhesion and the success of this new process, the tool needs to be created with a high level of usability in mind, so that, in time, eBilling becomes the preferred mode of payment for SingTel’s subscribers.
