Client Successes

SINGOV
	Research, testing and re-design of SINGOV portal. Benchmark tests were conducted for both “before” and “after” designs.	Before design, only 40% of users felt that they would not need help. After design this went upto 100%.
Enterprise-One Singapore Pilot Research Project
	Surveys, one-on-one interviews, testing and re-design were conducted.	Based on our research findings, we created a new design that helped to increase number of unique visitors by 75%.
Singapore eCitizen Research & Design Project
	Conducted survey, focus group studies, one-on-one interviews and testing.	Our new design based on our research findings resulted in a tenfold increase in the number of My.eCitizen registrants.
