Our Approach
Compliance to standards is one of
our key drivers for project success. MicroUsability follows ISO 13407
(standard for human centred design for interactive products), and
incorporates the local interface standards. We have also developed
industry specific interface standards specially for Government and
Telecommunications.
For a high level of accuracy in the research findings, project execution
is maintained on-site at the locations where the users of your product
reside. In addition, research documentation, usability
guidelines, project expertise are localized
as much as possible.
Project teams are multi-disciplinary and are led by usability
experts. In-depth research
techniques are adopted that not only places the user at the centre,
but also takes into account the business context and current content
offerings. We also seek to understand cognitive factors (perception,
memory learning, problem solving) as they come into play during people’s
interaction with systems.
