Mobile Alliance Singapore, a non-profit organization established in Singapore, with the support of Infocomm Development Authorities (iDA) has planned for a mobile application development challenge targeted for tertiary schools that will be launched during Global Entrepreneur Week, 16th November 2010. This is called the AppVenture Challenge 2011.
An AppVenture Portal (http://appv.mobilealliance.sg) was needed for the event launch, application uploads for an online showcase as well as publicity fo the winners of the challenge. The design of the website to make it consistent with user needs and to ensure user-centred design (UCD).
