User research involving usability tests, focus groups and dairy studies (using blogs) with targeted users in Singapore and Hong Kong.
We recruited the target users and conducting in-home sessions to test the setup of the phones. Focus groups were conducted as well as month long dairy study using user blogs.
There was a need to get constructive feedback and criticism by the users almost daily over a period of 30 days. The users were asked to blog about their experiences with the new phone.
We provided Focus Group facilities with observation and recording capabilities. A usability test, focus group findings and task report were delivered .
