Who we are

We provide high quality global user experience & usability research and consulting services to achieve end-user satisfaction.

MicroUsability was founded in 2002, starting out as a garage operations at the back of a retail store in Singapore. The first few clients were the likes of Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (iDA) and Dubai Ports World (DPA).

Now we are a private organization with 9 shareholders, and over 60 clients.

Leadership

Saud Fariz Sultan

is CEO of MicroUsability. He comes into the company with over 20 years experience with 10 years in executing large IT related projects in Oracle ERP and Siebel CRM.

Tahira Amir Sultan

is the Co-Founder of MicroUsability. A serial entreprenuer, she has 13 years of experience in general management and business development within the Consulting Services Industry.

Advisory Board

The Management  team is guided by an Advisory Board which comprise of a group of industry veterans in Technology and Finance.
